The Seattle Seahawks activated cornerback Trevon Diggs from their practice squad to the active 53-man roster. Diggs, a two-time Pro Bowl selection and former Dallas Cowboys player, picks up a chance at regular-season snaps with Seattle.

During the 49ers-Seahawks game on October 11, San Francisco wide receiver Mike Evans was spotted on camera reading Diggs' name off the back of his jersey in an apparent moment of in-game taunting. The clip spread widely online, drawing fresh scrutiny to Diggs just days after his promotion to the active squad.
